Typing in capitol letters is the same as yelling. You have a lot to yell about but it's easier for people to read if you type normally.

 

Go the IRS site and grab a copy of form SS-8, it describes the differences between employees and contractors and has a questionnaire to help you determine which you are.

As a new driver, I am faced with lots of moronic contract stuff. What they don't know at first is that I spent over 20 years working as a contractor and actually read them.

 

This why you should contact the IRS.
Just because that's the label doesn't mean it fits.

 

This. Plus by tacking on and deducting all these “charges”,the company is defrauding the federal(and state)government.
Remember the adage “Don’t steal from the government-they hate the competition”?? It applies here.
