You do not want to do that and if you go to Let's Truck forum and ask a poster there by the name of JW who did what you are talking about and had been doing it since before MicroBlue was discussed in the trucking forums, he will tell you why not and if it helps.
JW now has everything from an inframe including turbocharger to the wheels bearings except for the tranny MicroBlued. It all started with him doing wheel bearings back in August and did the rest during the Christmas/New Years holiday downtime. Have not seen any results posted from him since he got truck back on road.
Also call Craig with MicroBlue and he will also tell the difference of having TD applied permanently and just pouring it in as a powder that comes in various grades that you definately don't want to use any courser than nano grade that is very expensive. Course grades can gum up and stop lubrication passages, but call MicroBlue for more information on this because I have never added the TD powder nor plan on doing it.
I believe there might even be a couple of old threads in Let's Truck forum about Tungsten Disulfide powder too.
