    What's this code for? Recently changed wire harness...and now this code show up and check engine light

    It means bring it to a mechanic. If you can't tell us what kind of truck, what engine and what harness you changed, you're not going to get any help.

    My book says: MID 130 is the transmission, SID 258 is digital output #4, FMI 2 is data erratic, intermittent or incorrect.

    I'd go back and double check all connections for all the harnesses that you changed. What anything else changed? Or any parameters changed in the engine or transmission ECM?
