Mid 136 sid 93 fin 4

This only seems to pop up if I hit a huge water puddle or Am driving in a very heavy rainstorm, Sometimes when I start the truck in the rain I get this code also. I know it's the ABS brake system, I tried searching for this code on the Internet very difficult to find what's wrong, I'm think I'm down to a wire shortened to ground but I'm not sure what axle.

I can drive all day in the snow and rain it will never pop-up but when I hit a huge water puddle, the code will pop up on the dash, and the two lights in question will light up. TCS ABS.

Any help would be appreciated, I like to fix things before they start to go really bad.

Is the solenoid bad, or Just the wires that connected to it, I think I found what you're talking about, it sits almost under the fifth wheel, On the crossmember of the frame. I think there is about four plugs
that connect into it I'm going by memory, I was under truck late fall looking at those wires and question.
