Mid Florida Tech in Orlando

Just watched the vid for the first time

 

Darrin the cable guy is a riot.

 

Hope Darrin does not test us until thursday.

 

Class started with 10 the first week then went to 5 after the second week and now down to 3 after midterm and finals.

This week we started our class roadtrips and have visited beautiful Frostproof Fl and Ocala Fl so far.

The bad thing about the roadtrips is that the trucks are so nice and so fast
that when we go company everyone will be in for a big let down.

 

Backing through cones? NOPE.

Backing will include
1/4 mile bobtail around shift track
100 ft alley with trailer
banana dock with trailer
blind side and sight side parrallel parking with trailer
northside dock with approach from eastside with trailer
eastside dock with approach from south with trailer jacked at a 45 degree angle
southside dock with approach from west with trailer jacked at a 20 degree angle
left to right alley dock and right to left alley dock

If you can pass the mid florida midterm test you can pass the dmv test without trying!The toughest part of the school is the first 4 weeks after that it is smooth sailing,worst part about the last 4 weeks is truck/trailer washing 101 and eating too much while visiting all the mom and pop truckstop cafe's in polk county and along the coop bypasses in backwoods Florida.

Finishing up my last 3 weeks doing a combo of night/city/2 lane and hiway driving.
