Where do the Hartmann's call home? What city and state? Once a crime has been established, their personal property does come into play. Anyone know where the rat's nest is, so to speak?

Are you aware that the Hartmann's Holding Company,LLC filed bankruptcy the same time MSXN did?

You know, I am mad and I wish it was not so!! I wish the owners that perpetrated all of this would have played by the rules. I do not like being forced to go through all of this, but by God, I will not allow them to get a way with this. These guys are not DICTATOR'S. All of us have to abide by the laws and rules.

I never, never!, gave them permission to take $75. a week out of my pay check to do with as they so pleased. That was for insurance and insurance only!! I can just hear them saying, "well, we was trying to keep the doors open!" I wonder if it ever crossed their minds that maybe, just maybe,they should have done what was right and shut the dang doors!! Keeping the doors open for who? That is what I would like to know!


Hey Hartmann's look at how many lives you have effected! Look at what you have done to your employees!! You stole their money and you left them in a terrible mess!!


I want all my insurance premiums back and my last pay checks and you behind bars. Infact, just keep the money, I want to see you behind bars!!


Truth is, I know I am in allot better shape than many of you financially. So why am I so angry? I DO NOT LIKE BEING ROBBED..and I do not like seeing my fellow employees done this way. I do not like thinking FAT CAT'S think they can hide behind their lawyers either and that is bottom line!!

 

I realize many trucking companies are self insured when it comes to liability
Can they be self insured when it comes to health insurance?????

 

does anyone know the name and number of the company or companies that were the carriers of the life and disability insurance the Mid States offered? I cant seem to find my info anywhere! I would love to pay them a call to see when the last time was that premiums were paid to them that was taken out of hubbies check. I figure if we are going at this from all angles..we might as well see if they kept the money from that too! Which would not surprise me at all at this point! No Bill..I didnt mention the insurance premiums when the State Police were here. But I will mention it today. If someone can get me those numbers ASAP I would appreciate it so I can have my fact together when he comes back out.

 

Now my hubby thinks I am crazy as I sit here with a grin on my face! I just emailed Pres Barack Obama! I know that that email will probably go into file 13...but I gave it my best shot. I figure what the heck..lets go all the way to the top! I am sure I will hear nothing back, BUT, if I do I will be sure to let you all know..so go ahead, smile and shake your head too! But if little ol' Fennville Mich can get Erin Brockovich here to help them with there contaminated water issue, maybe we can get something done too! And that was all because some lady would not let it just go. Who knows what can happen!

 

The Life Insurance was with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Tampa, Florida. I don't know how to get the phone number to you since I can't post telephone numbers.

 

Thank you Christmas Girl...I think I can find it...See what they have to say tomorrow...Didnt get a chance to meet with State Police today. The trooper that took my complaint has the next two days off, so will probably talk with him on Saturday, or Monday. Going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow. Will update with what he says. If they State Police does run with this, we need everyone who had bounced checks and 401k's to go to their local State Police and file complaints in all 9 states.

 

I called the life insurance company and they will not release information. They said this is a group policy, we need to get the information from Mid-States. When I tried to tell this man that Mid-States was no longer in business and that there was no one to talk to, he said he was sorry. Even when I explained the situation and asked to talk with his supervisor, he only took my phone number for the supervisor to call back; but he stated that the supervisor would say the same thing.

I am wondering if this is more run-around. Will they call back? I don't know. Will have to wait and see. There is a number for the Medical Account Specialist that I will call in the morning.

I sent the number to the moderator. Maybe if more people will call, we can get some information.

I will run this past the State Police also. Like I said before...if they wont tell us anything, I bet they tell the FBI if we can get them to investigate.

 

OK Everyone Stop and wait a minute. I have seen post after post on here where everyone is going to call and talk to attorneys, that is ok BUT please do not retain them. Think about it .... I know there is a lawyer in FTW/Chicago working for everyone (thanks to cjross) I know there is one who worked on the last class action law suit. I received another e-mail today from someone in IND who has another lawyer looking into this.

How many of you want to get what is owed to you .... I do but if we have 10 lawyers working on the same thing then after they are paid WHAT ARE WE GOING TO GET ? Think about it .... Everyone who has a lawyer working for them needs to send out their names so people can call someone who already working for us instead of getting someone else involved.

These lawyers are all going to jump aboard because they know if there is money to get ... they will be the ones to get it first. Lets work hard but be smart about it.
