Woke up this morning and started a truck this code came active, shut the truck for a few minutes, started again and code is now inactive. What's going on? Can someone please help

need to remove actuator and check turbo sweep if it is getting stuck or not, i thought this was a d12 but a d13 a little bit of a different issue. you need ptt to remove turbo as you need to properly calibrate actuator for install after removal.
