well Arrow is a west coast company in cali and ffe doesnt take greenies with less than 6 months.

 

Well I guess we all got priorities. For me I would be wondering about how far the home terminal is away from my house, and if it is too far where could I park the truck, what is the pay during training, how long does training last, when can i get my own truck, how long does the average driver have to wait before getting a truck, how long would I have to team, what is the pay once I got out of training, what kind of health insurance they offer, what their home time policy is, do they have a signing bonus and a tuition reimbursement, how do the other drivers feel about working for the company, what is the average length of employment at the company for drivers, what kind of routes they have, type of trucks, average age of fleet.. What day of the week orientation starts would not even cross my mind, I'd just use the extra time to say good bye to my friends and family, because likely when you go OTR you may not see them for a long time.

 

quitter> yes all questions i planned to ask, again if ya read my earlier reply you would see that im just trying to get a list of those that have mid week orientations so that i have more options avail. i want to know so that i can compare to the mon starts and i wouldnt pick just b/c its starts later in week. not trying to sound rude. thank you for your response though.
