You already have the tank so just concentrate on the Haz-Mat test....be careful they use trickery in the phrasing.....sneaky bastiges they are!

Awesome! Thanks for clearing that up, I think I’m gonna be ok on it, but I’ve heard other people say the same about the hazmat test.

They only put one code on the license....so if you have tank and then get HM, you will have the "X" code....
    that almost sounds dirty!

when you get the hazmat endorsement you get the h endorsement
When you get your tanker endorsement you get The N endorsement

If you have both endorsements at the same time they change them to a x meaning hazmat and tankers.

So say I had a N endorsement and then added my h. Instead of NH it’d be replaced with X

And my advice is to get any and all endorsements you may want now.
    1. That great job opportunity you wanted may not always be there for you to wait and go and get your endorsement
    2. It’s kinda hard to get by the dmv and spend most of your hometime waiting in them long lines once you’re out on the road

I gotcha, so instead of N, T once I get the hazmat it will be X, T. Easy enough. One of the guys in my class was doing his hazmat yesterday and asked me, like I knew. Ha

also a lot of the industry is going towards automatics (Megas need someone to fill their seats) but you have to learn to drive manual. Do not get that restriction Don’t limit yourself.
