Looking up what a PBJ ( probation before judgment) is I think you are very lucky if you find work driving a truck. Plus I am not sure if you'll have a CDL very long. Yes it is a non conviction as long as you stay clean for so many years. However, drivers with a CDL who recieve a PBJ for driving under the influence of alcohol are considered to have a conviction for purposes of sanctions against their license. In fact two convictions including PBJ's are a lifetime disqualification for your CDL. The standard procedure for the state is to send you a letter telling you that your CDL will be suspended for 1 year.
PBJ's records are only available to a select few including yourself so in your case it just might be the companies have not found out yet. I do not know what they would report on the DAC but I am sure you'd be fired. If they do report that you withheld information the law is on their side. You can check Administrative Law Transportation Maryland CDL Act section 6-812(a)(1)(i). I'm only stating the facts here and I will withhold my personal feelings on the matter. Good luck either way.
