And it's awesome working for such a good dude. Back in December he gave me an extra day off for a major surgery, which was awesome. Had I not been able to sell that extra kidney, I'd have been in a bad spot.

There are various methods various companies use. There is the Houshold Movers Guide, once it was a paper book. Zip code to zip code, practical miles, hub miles. All but hub miles are shorter than the actual distance. Some methods can be 10% shortage of actual miles.
