Thats still 21 points. 7x3, I'd Fight it you never know you might roll thru what was a yellow and Barney says it was red and now you got 2 and that would be ludicrous

Samuri, I might be wrong about the points, The total is correct but I think they dont go to your csa if a inspection (Level I II or III) was NOT done on your vehicle, along with the ticket, You should be able to answer that for us

yeah no inspection and everything i researched found it was 2 points for minor speed violations. i wont know anything til next tuesday. i have to call the court and get the price of the ticket and my options. most other drivers said if i am not looking to switch companies soon i should just pay it and be on my way since hiring a lawyer will be over $500 and i will have to be off work on a tuesday to go to court. plus i was dead wrong. you cant even argue anything i did to make it not a speeding ticket lol. the only thing i would have going for me would be it is my first speeding ticket ever in my life.

Talk to the prosecuter... might reduce it since its a first offense and under 15 MPH . They will make it a non moving violation like a tail light ticket. U just pay the full fine. Only works if first offense.

I would try to get it down to a non-moving violation. You have told safety about it right?
