miles for the week

3418 this week. not to bad.

 

3133 last week and 3165 this week, and Home time started yesterday

 

so you guys getting 3000+ a week what is your secret?

 

Time management. Always roll in early to customers if possible and have the truck up and rolling when that 10 hr break ends.

 

that is exactly what the hubby is doing, best we have seen 2700, most weeks it is more like 2200. I think they decided he was better suited to BRF local. Best load he has had in the last two weeks was from BRF to Plano IL

 

Is he regional or OTR?

 

He is OTR. Only time he gets a long load is to come home, then 900 miles back to Wisconsin and he is stuck there till he comes home again.

with about 200 deadhead thrown in. That was by far the worst week.

 

In a company that has 1st come 1st serve dispatching it seems like a lot of people are always first in line. I don't know the secret to good dispatching...I sat a few days last week and got 1700+ miles for 7 days...seems to be the norm for me. I am to the point now that I will deliver what they give me and do my job to the best of my ability and in 3 more months I will be moving on.

 

3000 every week depends on dispatcher and how long you been with millis. Most students get it due t9 the lower cost of paying them. Plus bribery with the right dispatcher always works ajd kissing butt
