Superior is a bit more intensive to get into, but can be done. It's easier to get in with experience, but they are taking folks out of approved schools. Transcripts matter too.
Schneider is offering 8,000 as a sign on bonus for new grads going into their Bulk Division. With that, apprenticeship, and loan payment, Schneider Bulk doesn't look bad at all.
Best of luck. I'm still undecided about which company, but will make a decision in the next week or two. My wife's job move has some weight as the where I go.
