    From the looks of the video, enforcement is at an all time high: the trucks themselves, paperwork and logs, along with language proficiency.

    Seeing how from Sabine Pass to El Paso is around 750 miles and can be a 20 hr drive at $6 a gallon fuel I guess driving an extra 2000 miles to go around the state just on the 1% chance of dealing with a Dot bear would be a wise business decision.
