Millis chat room

Hey Boomer, sorry I did not get up to Cartersville to eat lunch or dinner with you. Been slammed at work since we got the new budget for 2012. It's like someone opened a flood gate and the work got poured on.

 

Not a problem, maybe I'll get to C'ville when your training. Just happy you got that call!! I don't think any of us in this class have a doubt that Millis was the best choice for us.

 

I can't tell you how happy and excited I am. I look forward to learning all I can about the industry and giving Millis 110%.

I know this has been posted somewhere but someone refresh my memory please. How does the hotel situation work? Does Millis pay for the room up front then take it out of your check when you start getting paid? If I want a room by myself, is it okay to just pay that out of pocket myself?

Yes, they pay and take it out of your check. As far as getting a room by yourself I don't know how that works, but I will say this, I was the only one in our class with a roomate and it worked out great, I made a new friend ( I know your reading this) except the TV thing. Your going to be sharing a small truck with a trainer, get used to it!

 

Did the other students room alone? How many were in your class?

 

Congrats RD. I was with Boomer and there were 6 of us. Me and another guy drove home each night, two shared a room, one guy paid extra for a room by himself and the last guy was supposed to have a roommate but never showed up. I don't know if he will have to pay for the room all by himself or not. MrG is great. Just don't believe a thing he says about me.
