Baritone you guy's have me hooked, I signed up with millis starting in richfield May 7th, tired of the corporate thumb and everyday politics, at 50 its time to chase my dream, keeping my fingers crossed

 

I don't mean to hijack this thread but I have to say I love the positive people we have on this forum with MILLIS. It is one of the reasons I looked to MILLIS when getting my CDL back last year. Welcome to all the new guys and I hope to run into you all somewhere on the road. ( not literally of course! )

 

Agreed! Unhappy drivers here seem to be few and far between .

Im sitting in WI 77 degrees, 44 degrees tomorrow, hope im gone by then lol .

 

that also is the reason i chose Millis most guys seem very upbeat about the company i started school on Jan. 23 in trenton been in my own truck since thursday and enjoying some home time so far have had nothing but positive experiences Bill at trenton school is a very good instructor and has alot to teach and as for my trainer Charles Davidson [Bob] nothing but good things to say about him anyone getting him as trainer i must say is very lucky he has alot to teach us newbies 33 yrs experience and a good cook to boot just make sure he takes his prozac lol also after the 2nd week don,t scratch gears the back of my hand still hurts hmm wonder what would happen if that wooden back scratcher would come up missing lol so everyone look for me in 21062 and say hi my name is Sam i,m the one with stubby fingers lol

 

awesome. i am so pumped now. I wish i could get Charles as my trainer but who knows how they pick people for you. i just hope to learn as much as i can while i am being trained.

yep i,m sure you did i was the one making my first delivery they got me a load out of ringgold to take me home got home friday evening be back out tuesday morn

Something is causing a back up at Owens Brockway in East Point, GA. There are trucks everywhere and I have been number 4 on the list for that last 2 hours. I don't see anything leaving here.
