I almost wish I had been driving when it happened. Am getting sick of picking up trailers, with missing mudflaps, burnt out lights, shredded/flat tires, one had the landing gear arm snapped off. I get it sucks stopping to get something fixed at a truck stop, but its better than leaving it for the next guy, although it does require doing a pretrip and posttrip to find these problems, which can be a issue for some drivers.

    samurai Thanks this.

That sucks, I wouldnt leave em like that btw, I found problems with my last trailer reported to dispatch and was sent to drop it at a repair shop.

I'm used to hauling 49,000 lbs or more, but I'm sitting in tupelo, ms and was just loaded with 4800 lbs! That's right! Hundred! I had to check to see if anything was loaded on it at all!

Yeah, its been adding up. Picked up another trailer with a burnt out light, and the driver had to drive right past BRF with it. So now I get to burn up my clock tomorrow why they fix it since I couldn't make it there tonight. New guys/gals don't be that person, get it fixed why you have the trailer.

Unless its a light at the top, they are easy to replace. Buy one and get a po number for it.
