Thanks for the info. Notice you are from Lexington, KY. I am originally from Owensboro, KY. Love it here in Nashville, but I still bleed blue!

Wow it's been awhile since I updated..........

Well om May 16th got the call to stop by BRF and they took my trusted T660 away and gave me a new T700. I'm now in 3039. Had 670 miles on it when I got it and I just turned 5765 so as u can see I've been running hard. it's taken a lot to get used to this truck. Never had a T2 so it's all new to me. But loving the room! But sure as £€%+ miss the power my 660 had.

Ran from BRF to De Moines, IA to drop off a driver at his truck and headed to Ft. Worth, TX and dropped off 2 fifth-wheels and then delivered my load. I guess regional/local guys all went home so i did 2 short runs in the Dallas area before getting a load out of Mesquite, TX going back to Eau Claire,WI.

Got back to WI a day early and dropped at Menards. Got to grab dinner with Gilley (always good to see you man) and hung out with him till the morning. Then got a load going to Eden NC. From there went to Conover NC for a load going to Woodbridge,IL.

Then back to Chicago for a load to trenton. Stopped last night in Demotte, IN and had dinner with Terry. Man really appreciate you grabbing my plate for me!!!! Always good catching up with him.

We ran together till I had to pee lol. Once dropped in Trenton got a load that I just dropped in E ST. Louis yard. Now waiting for my load from Budweiser going to Sparta, WI for a Monday deliver.......per dispatch, if customer not open drop in BRF.

Another good week of 3K+ miles........It's bed time for me so take care and be safe!

Dont forget what this holiday is all about...........RIP those that gave all so we could live in peace!

Dave, how do you like the new truck? Are they phasing out all of the T660's now?

Cartersville...do you check into the Hotel the night before you begin training, or the evening after your first day? And which hotel is it? I drove down there Sunday to see where exactly it was and there was a couple right beside the facility

Tolls are paid by prepass or ipass or whatever its called. basically you just drive through it and it beeps.
As for the idle policy there is a bonus you can get if you keep your idle time down. Basically just turn the truck off whenever possible. They arent going to get after you if you keep it running in the summer for ac. but any time you can turn it off it's best to do so.

Yes you check in the night before. And i am not sure for Cartersville but the other 2 it's a Days Inn. They will give you the address when they send you the info after you pay the $100.

Ezpass for tolls. The few that dont accept it are reimbursed. You get a form with what tolls u can run and what u cant. Idle depends on the time of the year. I didnt see the idle bonus in the new policy book not sure if new hires still get it or not.
