Truck seems to be fixed now. Got towed from La Porte IN to Chicago to the Cummins shop. Turbo actuator, Air Filter that hadn't been changed in a long time, DPF filter, Dosser Valve and a few other things to go along with it. 5k bill not counting the tow that will be getting sent to MHC Kenworth in Nashville for not doing the work right. The guy at cummins seemed pretty confident MHC would be eating the entire bill including what they did in Nashville as the tech didn't follow the procedure for changing out the turbo or diagnosing why the first turbo went boom. KW also failed to clean out the air to air and intercooler of the oil that was in it. Truck is in the trenton shop for a B Svc and a few other routine things.

Home for 4 days, the best place to check in from.

 

Recently Frieghtliner was rated #1 truck in several catagories followed by peterbilt,I can't remember who was next but kw was #5 mainly for there service. I'll try to find the link. Enjoy your hometime!

 

Passed my CDL test today. Should be testing out for my own truck on the 20th.
