There are a couple dispatchers that if you ask them and it may be all of them don't know, to kick the load off on monday for you so you get paid for they will. But they still don't have you send empty until you deliver. I'm sure people think they can just do this when ever and thats how it all happened. Also who keeps calling dispatch? Every week they send out the msg to stay off the phone and use the qc.

if you ask them and they will I don't see anything wrong with that. I know a buddy of mine every time I talk to him seems like he just got off the phone with dispatch either about his miles or his checks are wrong but always late on loads

I am guessing that when a dispatcher tells a newbie driver to drop a load at a yard that the newb hits arrived at final. Only guessing. BTW I have never spoken to or seen my dispatcher either and I think that has positives and negatives. My dispatcher is very anti phone so thats cool with me but I know guys/girls that have other dispatchers that speak to them regularly.Just my 2 cents. Sounds like we have the same dispatcher DB.

If I'm still here I'll poke my head in the class. I need to talk to jimmy in the shop in the morning if I can so I'm going to try and hang around for a minute.
