Once it gets above 80 out at night I prefer to idle. The fan is nice but it can only do so much, especially if its sticky out.

 

I may have forgot to turn my fridge off in my truck before i went on vacation. oh well at least it is at a terminal so i can get a jump

 

No worry. Truck will go into Protection mode And shut refrigerator off.

 

After having been asked for my directions into Chicago Bev. a few times and not getting them updated in the Qcomm going to post them here for whoever wants them. They are easier imo that the Qcomm directions.

CBCH- 90/94 West to exit 44B. Left at the bottom of ramp. Go roughly 5-6 miles and make a left on Cicero/IL-50. Go about 2 miles and make a left on Chicago Ave. Go about 2 blocks under the first railroad tressel, right on Kilbourn. Go to the Stop sign make a left. Follow that around and Chi Bev is on left and you can park overnight.

There are a couple 13'8" clearances you may want to slow down for but other than that just watch for the college kids crossing the road. This eliminates the ghetto portion of getting to Chicago Bev. and the screwed up right turns.

Just made my day by see a millis truck drive through my town. Didnt catch the truck number, but it was one of the smaller kw trucks. They came into rossville, ga then ft oglethorpe, ga and either headed west or south.

So i guess the Texas school is opening in Feb. Did they get land, buy the gibbs lot or what anyone know. More hoping it means a full terminal down there soon. The drop yard is nice for parking in that are, but a full terminal would be nice.
