Saw two of our trucks have to get pulled out of the docks at Lobo today. If you haven't been they are on a downwards slant. Even with winter mostly over a good idea to have cat litter/salt and a small shovel incase you need it. Plus make sure you have your tow hooks in your side box. Had to lend mine out to one driver who didn't have the whole piece. ATL bound for Wens.

I have decided to take the chance and change careers and I have decided to go with Millis. I have to get some things in order and am looking to start in April. I live in Georgia, what do you think are my chances of taking hometime at my sisters in Youngstown, OH at the end of June for my nieces high school graduation party? (assuming I have finished with my training and have been assigned my own truck by then)

Assuming the things you stated, we get through Youngstown a lot, so it shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you give your dispatcher plenty of heads up.

    galawdog Thanks this.

Sitting in front of Columbia Recycling in Dalton GA before they open and the gut truck pulls up. I skipped breakfast on the way here so I grabbed a chicken biscuit an oj while I wait.

I grabbed this load yesterday out of Aiken SC and knew I wasn't going to make it here yesterday before they closed. Was told to run it up instead of dropping it because they were running out of freight in the area and I was going to sit anyway so I stopped at the house for the night and ran up this morning. If I gotta sit I might as well sit at home! Hopefully I get something to keep me moving once I'm empty.

Unloaded at Atl. Bev. today and got no load avail. Asked if they wanted me to stay down in ATL or head to Cville, they said stay down here. So came over to Owens, dropped my empty and sitting here now. Only place I could figure to park in ATL that had parking and didn't cost money. Plus I figure I will be pulling something out of here.
