Well said! After 7 years with Millis there has been serious doubts, especially during 2008-2009, but I have hung in there and seen a lot, I see something new everyday, and when I start feeling the urge to look for something else it occurs to me, I have driven 837,000 miles, (me + students) 3 new trucks and trained over 20 students (to date). I have 5 kids at home and am able to provide an excellent life for them. My father has been driving for 40 years (owns his own equipment) and concurs with me regarding Millis being a top notch carrier, especially for entry level students. Millis is not without fault, but if u keep ur nose clean, get the freight delivered safely and on time u will have a job here as long as u want it.

No kidding. I see some yard guys (our own), banging into trailers, once they even knocked off a rear marker light. I pointed it out once, when picking up a trailer, I showed the yard guy the metal shavings and the broken light and was politely told to prove it and go perform an illicit act on myself. I shook my head.
