Well I made it a week without having to go to the shop for repairs thankfully. Went from St Louis to Menominee Wi with a beer load Thursday. Delivered it Friday afternoon. Then sent from LaCrosse Wi to Memphis Tn with a load of Mikes Hard Lemonade to deliver Monday morning at 0400. Got to the house yesterday about noon and will be leaving about 2300 tonight. Just barely getting a 34 in. Being on regional I really need that reset every week or else I can't really run much the 2nd week. I must say that I get home most weekends but here lately it's kinda been a crap shoot if I'm gonna make it go the house or not over the weekend. So I would say things are def picking up. Finished last week with almost 2300 and will be starting this week with almost 900 in the books already so should be a good week this week. I will have to actually put in for home time this weekend since I've got a bunch of stuff going on. Which is odd cause on regional I normally don't have to use a home time request. They normally just send you to the house on Friday or Saturday.

I know some guys who stay on duty all day then wonder why they have no time left at the end of the week. I've come close to running out by the end of the week before, but only when I have been hooked to multiple trailers every day during the week.

I am maxing out my hours almost daily. I don't stay on duty all day i go off duty at shippers and receivers. I normally am making 2 deliveries a day normally one is a drop and hook and one is a live load/unload. But I drive my full 11 almost everyday and my 14 gets eaten up just the same sitting at a dock. Here lately I've been getting alot of 550 to 750 mile runs. Also as soon as my 10 is up I'm off and running again. Sometimes my miles don't always reflect the hours I'm working but you know how that is. Majority of the time I'm getting 2600-2800 miles a week even a few 2900+. Also you got to think running hard Monday thru Friday and still going Saturday and Sunday also eats up that 70 pretty quick. So what I'm saying is there have been weeks where I have ran all weekend and come Monday the 70 looks pretty bad and then you're limited to just your recap. I actually have done 4 1/2 weeks with out a reset while OTR and cleared 3000 mile each week. Opie was the. Man.

I've been busy adding new routes to my map. These are my travels over the last four months or so. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1363564080.274655.jpg

Boy wish I could have done that to show my 13 years driving. When I started I had paper map and would highlight like the app.

EMT is right on point this company has miles if you want them. Have to work and they see that and take care of you. I came out last Sunday and now 3200 on the books and 4 left on 70 and it has been that way since Jan. I picked this truck up last Aug with 65K on it it now has 156K to give anyone a idea of the miles ran. Baritone has said it before what to do. We are getting more business and customers know they are getting a family run company that wont haul cheap and do provide service. And what is best as drivers we have control we are not micro managed from BRF like other companies. First time I have been with a company and not even thought about another, my last sends emails weekly was the grass not greener come back. Everyone be safe

I should've knocked on wood while making my previous post. I left the house about 1045pm heading for Memphis TN. Made it down to Matthews MO and lost turbo again. Code on dash says boost pressure. Same thing as the last 2 times. Im also getting a message saying water in fuel. So premier care sent me back up to Peterbilt in Sikeston MO. Gonna take a nap and walk in at 8am as soon as they open. All these breakdowns are really taking their toll on me. Gonna do everything in my power to try to stay away from KW in Oak Creek WI from now on. Was there twice for same problem and it still keep happening. In my opinion they have never fixed the problem. Also gonna try to not get a B Service in Richfield any more. All these issues started about 3 days after they did a B service on my truck. Might be just a coincidence but have heard things from other drivers as well.

Good luck EMT, agree with where to stay away from had issues also and still having them. Been running with check enj on since it left Oak Creek. Not taking more down time unless truck stops, I send messages to Craig for the record to cover myself and no response. Some days think a used Swift truck would have less issues.

EMT is your turbo still boosting though or have you actually lost it and have no power?? I ran for six months with intermittent boost pressure lights. As long as you have power I would keep the wheels moving. I also have had the water in fuel message from time to time. Craig said its probably a faulty sensor, but again, if it doesn't keep you from moving I wouldn't be wasting time at Kenworth.
