    I can't help u with getting home every weekend cause im not in a location that id even ask, so maybe someone else can weigh in on that. I could say definitely every 2 weeks which is standard dispatch. As far as your area goes I would say yes you are in a good location for millis in my opinion.

    Thanks Sully I'll make sure i bring everything on the list. Yeah right now im saving every dollar im making at my current job and hey pb sandwiches aint bad i eat apples and oranges for lunch everyday

    another Question if you dont mind
    how many hours of classroom/ training time a day?

    Mr. G or one of the guys that just went through could answer this better but as I recall the first day is all classroom the next few days im thinking about 3 hrs and then your working a lot more in field

    Millis 500 is bobtailing around the yard all day, to get familiar with the truck, upshifting and down shifting on the low side. Must be 500 laps, lol!

    yea there is a meaning behind it
    where ever u see a no park sign thers a driver in front of it ( lol ):biggrin_2559:
    but why i used it on here at that time i dont recall i probablly thought i was being cleaver or something for some reason i must of thought it was:biggrin_25523: anyway hello to everyone
    question: how long has this site been around i actually just found it by mistake a few months ago

    Ive only found site about a year ago im not sure how long its been around but read posts from 2007 anyway.

    Hey Sully, Lneck91 did you guys study the CDL manual before starting MTI? you know to refresh yourself. i had my permit back in April of this year and i feel i need to refresh myself which im going to do, just wonder if you guys did the same

    Yeah, mainly because. As it got closer couldn't think about much else. The school will give you more to study and certainly cover everything you need. While at school I studied the regulation book for cmv . This was provided by millis(green book) ii still study it today. Some of the regs you will read over and over but i've run into dot that I felt were not as polished on some of regs as I was another during an inspection was impressed I had reg #'s on my log. As my our trainer said" how can you expect to win a football game if you don't know the rules and this is our profession a little more important than a game"
