I went to North Georgia Tech in Clarkesville for my cdl. 10 week program and was able to use the Hope Grant for the tuition. Worked third shift so I was able to keep my job while training is was the main reason I didn't go to Millis when I got accepted. Just couldn't afford the 3 weeks with no pay. They are top notch though from what I've heard.

To add to that I did my research ahead of time covering more than just the school. They are one of the best paying companies for newbies, they have a GA regional fleet with weekends off, got good reviews. Pretty much everything I was looking for. It was actually the ONLY company/school I applied to.
