No you are paid training pay. Either what it is now or what is actually becomes uf the rumors are true.
I meant I didn't think Millis did refreshers like that, not that you'd be running for free. I couldn't in all earnesty champion a company that would want someone to run without paying them.
I saw a Millis truck~n~trailer running Hwy 72W through Huntsville, AL yesterday around noon... I tried to catch up to him before my turn off, but traffic was thick with people out for lunch etc.
Everyone keeps posting training pay going up to over .40. Is this in TX? Because they just announced GA regional raise. Going up .01 across the board and they changed the performance bonus.
Well that has a lot of us pissed off. My base rate is .41 before performance bonus and I've been here 5 #### years!
Yea I don't get it. Heard it's a .02 raise for OTR guys which means trainees are making more than guys with 2yrs experience at Millis. Doesn't make sense
