Do you guys still have a performance bonus though, because trainees and during the first year aren't eligible for it . Not sure after that though

 

I heard performance bonuses are going away for otr. So basically the "raise" turned into a pay cut for everyone.

Except trainees apparently.

Millis is officially a CDL mill now.

I heard. Haven't seen anything official yet. I would like to see it on a pay scale like on the website.

 

So this is my official notification. Based on the 2200 mile average I've been running lately this is what I am vs what I will be paid.

Current:
Base pay .41
Insurance bonus .01
Performance bonus at 2000 miles .03
Total pay .45

New scale:
Base pay .42
Insurance bonus .01
Performance bonus at 1750 miles .01
Performance bonus at 2000 miles .01
Total pay .45

I don't see a raise here! Do you?

From what I hear from the otr guys they got a .02 raise and their performance bonus went away completely so they are getting screwed even more than us.

 

So they added a penny to the base pay and it's less miles to get the first bonus.. Interesting

Did you ask HR why this was shuffled like this? And how does this affect you in the short term. Looks good if you a new driver not so good if you been there

 

It's. 02 for over 2000 miles... so a .01 raise

 

Could've gave them .2-.3 cent raise
