Woke up around 9 this morning and ate breakfast and then decided to call the automated service for brewery to check status on the load and found out it had just been loaded so headed on down to the brewery and picked the load up....now parked in Johnson Creek, WI. At the Pine Cone Travel Plaza for the night....only 8 miles from my delivery in Watertown, WI. in the morning...then will find out where.dispatch has me heading then!! Be safe everyone!!

 

no i didnt. i can park the truck and trailer at my house during the summer and early fall months but for winter and spring i will have to find someplace to park it

 

got picked up yesterday by my trainer in Kingsville, Oh. got fuel and headed on down to Milesburg, Pa were we spent the nite at a TA. got up this morning drove to Tipton, Pa where were getting unloaded. did some driving yesterday and did my first back in to a dock this morning. all is good.........

I'm somewhat technologically retarded w/this blogging, but i answered ur question somewhere else..sorry..lol. There are several truck stops at exit 71, off of 80/90/280. TA, Petro, Flying J and a mom and pop place. Usually a quick check in w/manager and its cool to leave ur rig there. We also deal with Menard's stores,there are several in Toledo area, a compassionate store mgr might let u park in a corner somewhere..good luck..hope to see u out here somewhere sometime!

 

After delivering in Watertown, WI. Monday morning dispatch sent me up to Markesan, WI. to DelMonte and picked up a load for DelMonte in Atlanta, GA....delivered in ATL yesterday afternoon and dispatch said I could just head to the house for the night since i live just south of there...hit ready this morning and was told that no loads were available...so here I sit trying to get a load out so I can run as much as possible and get back home for hometime this weekend.

 

Which part of Atlanta do you live in? I live in suburban ATL and see Millis guys running through all the time.

 

I live in Sharpsburg...little town right outside Newnan...about 30 miles south of Atlanta
