ALOT of reading, investigating, etc., and most of all the posts from all of you! Thanks! Seems like Millis has some great people working for them, hope to meet some of you soon. How long do you think to find out if they "want" me.

 

Cool man. I hope you get accepted! Alice called me the next morning after i applied. And told me to fax my previous 3 year w2s since i worked for family and it usually takes up to 2 weeks to get accepted. And she called me 20 mins later and told me i was accepted lol. But good luck!

 

They stay pretty busy in recruiting. If you don't hear something back in a couple of days give them a call.

Its not harassment unless they say "i will call you friday" and you call them everyday of the week before friday twice a day! haha

But man from what greg told me they are very picky in who they accept. You have to have a good looking work history and a clean driving record for the past 3 years. If you have one moving violation you should be ok.. But any more than that and your basically tanked. And if say you got a speeding ticket going 74 in a 55 then you prolly wont get a spot neither. lol

 

Hadn't had a ticket in 20+ years or an accident, I am unemployed though.

 

Parked in St. Augustine, FL. for the weekend...parked here at noon Saturday and will leave out Monday morning for delivery in Orlando, FL.

Welcome new members, and no Alyssa, you're not the only gal.. we had one in our class (she didn't make backing week of training at the yard) and I have seen others since in class. There are a handfull I've run into at the yards from time to time.
