Has anyone heard about Anthony in 21058 and the accident he was in on rte 82 near Douglas, GA? All i know is he is injured and in ICU but alive, broken arm, spleen issue, punctured lung, the only word regarding the accident was him vs. 4wheeler.

So Sunday morning I woke up in Trenton, OH. and hit ready for dispatch and received a load that delivers to Effingham, IL... Picked the load up and ran the 260ish miles to Effingham and parked. Delivered the load the next morning then dispatch sent me to Pinnacle Foods/Genco in Effingham, IL. to pickup load that delivers to Walmart DC in Douglas, GA....made it all the way to GA Monday night and decided to shut down at terminal in Cartersville...got woke up next morning due to another driver knocking on my truck....turns out dispatch wanted me to give the other driver the load to run on down to Douglas and for me to head on home for Thanksgiving....the other driver lived in Albany so it was putting him near the house for the holidays and dispatch said it was too far to bounce me back to the house from Douglas..meaning I would have to deadhead home from Douglas and not been paid.foralot of miles....so finally got home after nearly 6 weeks out!! Glad to be home!!! Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and hope everyone has safe travels if your out and about for the holiday!!

Quick question, my father-in-law gave me a real nice Rand Mcnally laminated motor carrier atlas over Thanksgiving (he retired last year) that I know is required for training.

Question is it's a 2009 edition is that O.K.? Or does it need to be more up to date?

    Thanks
