Millis hometime, benefits and pay - info would help me out

    Im currently home every weekend. Been that way for 2 yrs im doing about 62 yr. My company is loosing it contract in feb and jobs are hard to come by around here. I live in western ky and im looking for all info on millis i can get from Current drivers. I know i wont make what i am now but what kind of benefits hometime and pay per year can i expect? All info would help me greatly.

    $30k would be a safe starting point. It can be much higher. Or, it could be lower. Depending on the company you choose.

    .31 CPM for 1 year experience?
    How is that being a "top pay carrier"?

    First of all that is per diem... you make more on straight pay per mile. But what makes Millis a top ppaying starter type company is bonuses. 31cpm like u mmentioned + 5cpm performance bonus and 3 cpm ssafety bonus adds up. 39cpm on per diem after 1 year is pretty good pay compared to other training companies. 3000mi weeks are very obtainable. My first year I averaged 850-1100 bring home as a rookie in a 2013 truck. Not a bad starter company imho
