How does the performance pay work?

I'm looking at going the Non per diem Practical route. On the chat is shows the starting rate is .34 cpm
    http://new.millistransfer.com/driver-opportunities/driver-pay/non-per-diem/

Is the performance pay paid on all miles for the week after you reach 2000? or just as a bonus on those miles listed?

If I drove 2200 miles would it be .37 cpm for all 2200
    Total $814
    or would it be
    0 ~ 1999 .34cpm ( $679.66)
    2000 ~ 2200 .37cpm ( $74)
    Total $754.66

What happens with your pay if your truck has a break down? Is there detention pay if your sitting waiting for a load or unload?

    2200 * (.34 + .03) = $748.03

    ?? fail calculator

    2200 * .37 = $814

when you meet each thresh hold for the higher pay, you are paid at that rate for all miles driven for that week.

considering the fact that their trucks do not perform, how could one expect to receive performance pay? rhetorical i know. sorry but i could not resist. best of luck to you in your endeavors.

performance pay is geared to provide incentive for a driver to run all of the miles available in order to to get paid at a higher rate.

Averaging 3200 to 3600 miles per week in my non-performing truck. Secret is taking 10 hour (not 12 or 14 hour) breaks and keeping the left door closed.

Governed at 66. Gets me past most major carriers. Pulls ok. Performs fine for me. Not sure what you mean by lack of performance.

I heard the trucks have refrigerators in them, is this true? and inverters? If yes to both, is there a small freezer area and how big are the inverters? Starting with the company soon and making my wish list so to speak for items I will need in the truck. Got my old CB but do the trucks have antenna's already? Any information would be very much appreciated, I don't want to buy it if I don't have too and If I can find it now cheaper before hitting the road well you know every dollar saved is just that much better. Thank you in advance.
