Oh gods. We still deliver there?

Terminal Corporation in Baltimore. Both times I've been there I've had a 1300 appointment and both times I've had to wait for a door. Does that appointment time have any meaning there or is it just something CS puts in there as filler?

 

It seems to only mean something if WE are late.

 

That place is absolutely ridiculous. OTR sleeper trucks with 53' trailers should not go there.

I noticed another truck that wasn't a Millis truck pulling a Millis trailer today. Would that be an owner operator working for Millis? Did they have to find someone else to take a Millis load because there wasn't a Millis employee available? Are they renting empty trailers? It sure seemed odd to me.

 

Were you WB on I80 in Indiana this afternoon with the Dart trailer?

 

Yep that was me!

 

What color was the truck? If it was an an old white and somewhat beat up Freightliner Columbia, that's our one remaining O/O.

 

It was black. It was a newer looking truck, it was surprising enough that I didn't notice more details.

 

Hmm... Might have been a similar situation as with me and the two Dart trailers I've had recently. In fact, that truck might have been a Dart truck. Most of theirs are black.
