So you'd give up cruising around the eastern half of the country to be a spotter?

 

Yeah at least to try it. I have forgotten what a weekend is like. Cutting the grass and shoveling snow seems appealing.

 

You're not cranky enough to do that. Those guys were usually pretty unhappy about something whenever I talked with them.

 

I love my weekends now. Even when I just do chores like that.

 

I70 westbound is open now thru Indy. Pleasant surprise this morning. Also that thortons/pilot at exit 126 on I 55 makes a good Philly cheesesteak.

 

Funny enough stayed there and had a Philly as well

 

They make a pretty good Philly cheesesteak pizza too!

 

Made it to double nickel today got my ribs and fixins, sitting at olive branch waiting for the superbowl.

 

I had something happen to me this morning for the first time at a Pilot, I got free coffee. Free as in "have a good day and don't worry about it" like I've had happen several times at Loves instead of using points or one of this week's specials. It was their Bourbon Pecan coffee too, I really like that.

 

Weird day for myself as well. After spending parts of 3 days in Mississippi and Alabama I’m actually looking forward to my delivery in Georgia. Never thought I would feel this way about Georgia.
