I’ve had the same happen before both car and semi where the door just locked on its own and somehow found a way through a small opening…good thing you were able to get in.

Spending the night at the Smith terminal in Carlisle tonight. Oddest thing happened a heartland driver backed his trailer into a spot already occupied by a smith trailer. It’s not like he missed his spot, there were no open spaces. Wonder if the black trailer just blended into the scenery.
wulfman75 Thanks this. -
Have any of you guys ever hauled those garden sprayers out of Chapin in Corfu, NY? That was one of the very first solo loads I ever hauled for Millis. Took a truckload of them to Lowe's in Rockford, IL. With my current job we carry garden sprayers on our trucks full of calcium chloride in the winter to treat the inside of our beds so that the material doesn't freeze to the bed. Since I experienced my first snow of the season up in northern Ohio this week, I figured it was time to check mine to make sure that it still worked It didn't The valve on the sprayer was all rusted up. So I go get a brand new one from the shop. Guess who made it? Strange way to have the two jobs interconnect.
On another note: I rarely have anything nice to say about INDOT. But if you guys haven't been in that new rest area and welcome center that they built on 65 in Demotte, stop in there and check it out. There's a boardwalk over a pond, there's what looks like a pretty nice playground, there's a wind turbine blade with urban art painted on it, and the building itself is pretty darn nice. Much better than the old stinky, rundown rest area that was there before. Oh and there's probably 3x-4x the truck parking, too.MIT, Still undecided, dwells40 and 2 others Thank this. -
I was talking to @MIT they opened and needed to stop in -
I did that sprayer load once. Also can’t wait to pull in to that new rest area. INDOT and Indiana in general does a pretty good job of creating new parking.
