Millis OTR journal

This seems a little too good to be true. Wondering if Any Millis drivers can confirm this kind of pay?

 

I drove for Millis for 2 years and moved on to more pay, more home time and less nagging by "safety" equipment. But I left a few years ago, so that may have changed. But don't believe everything you read here so asking people who still work there would give you more accurate information.

 

I don’t know what a network driver is, as for the direct Tv they are slowly getting rid of that. Most I have made in a year is $87,000 and that’s with being a trainer.

 

That’s a bummer to hear about the direc tv. I just had to ask because to advertise money like that is something. That’s Walmart money.

 

For those of you who knew Carl, Millis' last owner operator with the black Columbia, he passed away earlier this week.

I didn't really know him but I talked to him a time or two. Seemed to be a really nice guy. RIP.

 

I never met him but I saw his truck enough times to know I wasn't seeing things when I saw it and wanted to see him.

 

Only talked to him once in Richfield. But always enjoyed seeing him go down the road. It was like spotting a needle in a haystack.

 

Today I was at heartland in Atlanta. Was fueling my truck when this white suv pulled up asking for directions to albany Georgia. Lol it was a new driver they told him his truck was in albany. Somehow he ended up at the Atlanta heartland yard. Hope he can drive better than following directions.

 

Oh lawd that is not a good sign.
