Driving really messed with my sleep, and being able to sleep when I needed has definitely benefitted me since I've retired. I was surprised to read how getting up at a regular time is so beneficial too, I guess my cat is helping me live longer by wanting breakfast at the same time each day.

 

Cats are good like that, these jokers usually wake me up at 4:45 every morning to feed them. They don’t know I have my alarm set to wake up then..

 

Does Millis not let you run the a/c when you sleep?

 

They do, but at times they yell at you. I don’t think anyone has ever been fired over it.

 

I’ll bet they don’t turn the a/c off in the office when they go home. What a turd outfit to work for.

 

I think that’s more heartland doing that crap with them then Millis… Millis from what I understand never used to be like that… Heartland is a garbage carrier

 

And if you idle less your fuel bonus is smaller.

 

If any of you are looking for work jackets they've had some nice looking ones at mine and they were all under $40. I bought one there a few years ago and it's incredibly warm, and was a steal at $20 when they were on sale.
