Quarterly safety bonus is now only .01cpm during quarter just like the yearly. So on old system I'd clear $600 or so per quarter on safety bonus.....now its been under $300 each quarter. After reading the daily accident cost and type message Id think rewarding safe and common sense would be greater. Some of the stuff on there leaves me dumbfounded

Yeah I would read some of those things and wonder....Are you on per diem or straight? Do you get .01 at the end of the year for all miles for the year? I seem to remember it was changed to .01 quarterly and an additional .01 at the end of the year for all miles. I was on straight pay.

Nice meeting you today too...thanks for bringing me an empty cuz I hit a couple issues on 55 today and if I would have had to go play hide and seek with an empty I prob wouldn't ave made it home till morning. Grabbing a drink sounds like a plan but if we are going to talk crap about @Steelersjunkie we are going to need a lot more than just 1 drink......hahaha jk steelers!FalconsFan21, Steelersjunkie, Suspect Zero and 1 other person Thank this.

Pretty sure the safety bonus is the same for straight and per diem Im on per diem and it used to be we got .02cpm for the quarterly safety bonus, and .01cpm for the yearly. Now its just. 01 for quarterly and .01 for end of yr. Basically quarterly safety bonus pay was cut in half when the raises were given last JanuaryLast edited: Dec 21, 2017

This message is for folks looking at Millis and wondering about money. 2017 is my first full calender year with this company. Since it's Thursday, I got a payroll statement in my email. For the year, I made $56,337. I drove 123,516 miles. @keen98 has stated several times in this thread that he rarely gets less than 3k miles per week. I am the exact opposite. I can count on a few fingers how many weeks I've been at 3k or higher. I'm usually around 2800. I'm not sure why 3k is so important to everyone but those are my numbers, and I'm really happy with them. So there you go, that's my final money report for the year. I hope that helps.
