A question for the gallery.
I know that Millis pay .42/.43 cpm for training miles.
What Is the cpm paid when a driver is first on their own?
Thanks.

That'll depend on which pay plan you choose. I have no idea what you get on the per diem plan anymore, as far as pay or perks. You'll get 43cpm if you choose straight pay. Now that the tax laws for company drivers has changed, I have no idea which way would be more of an advantage to you. Always best to inquire what the perks are, then consult an accountant to see which plan benefits you the most.Airmech, Waterboy334 and taodnt Thank this.

Lol not likely. My brakes are little touchy and I had a situation where I had an accidental hard brake. It would've definitely set off the camera. I instinctively looked at the non-existent camera and laughed out loud for about a mile. These disk brakes are no joke. Gonna take a minute to adjust to them.BazookaJoe, MACK E-6 and Suspect Zero Thank this.
