Tell you what my redneck brother from another mother.... If you were to start making videos on a regular basis and start posting them, you'd get yourself a decent following pretty quick ;)

    Airmech and Farmer54 Thank this.

Well, I could go to Trenton, but I don't think my truck would be welcome there :biggrin_2559:

Id meet him in Trenton sometime but probably get tired of waiting on me to get there after I get stopped by 4 trains that take an hour to clear....oh and prob another hour trying to get out of the craters the size of China in the drop lot right now...so as long as he has a 6hr window we could make this work....lmao dont mind me Im just a little bitter about Trenton right now after taking 1.5hrs to drop n hook Thurs which in turn meant I hit Chicago and Milwaukee traffic Fri morn instead of getting thru there in the dark....lol

It's the best view in the world, no doubt. I had no idea two years ago how much I'd fall in love with this job. I'd rather eat the business end of a shotgun than go back to a regular 9 to 5 job.

Geez man I'm sorry :( I remember how bad those trains were. I had to go a quarter mile or so in reverse once to get back to the yard and then head in a different direction to get back on course. That ate up over an hour of time. Fortunately I didn't have to deal with the lots in their current reported state :( Be easy out there man.

@Steelersjunkie Does your truck shift into 10th at 50 mph like the Millis trucks do?

Depends on the grade of the road. But no, never that low. My truck has factory programming, completely unaltered. Typically it'll go from 9th to 10th around 62. If the roads are flat, it'll shift at 60. BUT.... I have manual mode as well. I can shift that thing whenever I want. I can hold it there til 70 if I feel like it.
