I think freight must be dry everywhere this weekend. I was given a load of beer from Albany to Trenton and was given a PP for a Smuckers load back to Fairburn. Had planned to haul ### up there and be back down here in Cville early today to get on the board for a load out asap. When I was given my load info in Trenton I was told "Plan to deliver on Monday. No freight in Georgia." Talked to a driver in Trenton that said there was no freight up there either.

 

Nah, Marco isn't retired. He told me his schedule but I don't remember it was. Full time though. I like him. Talks to you face to face like you're old buddies.

EDIT: QC back and forth a couple times today and he apologized both times for lack of freight. I msgd him back, it ain't your fault man.

 

Geargia freight drying up around this time isnt anything new. My 1st yr here on my own Georgia became the bkack hole. If you got there after dispatch left on Fri you were most likely there till Mon morning. Ive hit that yard and been #50+ on the list.

 

Where are you stuck with no load? I've been stuck at Smucker's in Fairburn without one since 11:30 this morning.

 

I’m stuck in Ft Worth now at Ben Keith Dist. Can throw a rock and hit the Miller plant. Nuttin.

I'm trying to look at the plus side. The plus side being: As long as I'm sitting in Fairburn, I'm not delivering that load to Scientific Games that I know is sitting in Cartersville.
