You’re one to talk! Lolz,,,
I’ll have to say I was pretty surprised as well at the pay increase. I’ve never received mileage bonus so I want to know how that works. Thanks Millis!Steelersjunkie and Suspect Zero Thank this. -
If anybody in management ever came to me and asked what I would change, the health insurance would definitely be the one thing.
This kind of reminds me of the renaissance that JB went through in the late 90s. I remember them being mocked even more harshly than what Swift is nowadays. Then they closed all of their schools, raised their pay, and quit hiring rookies. My cousin's husband went to work for them and he was making #### good money with them for the time. Then he got fired for taking unauthorized home time. #######. -
Mileage bonus is for per diem pay. Right now on per diem we get .03cpm for a 2000mile week .04 for a 2500mile week and .05 for a 3000mile week. Im guessing we see each of them go up a cent and we all get like a .04cpm base pay raise. I could be totally off but thats my guess.Farmer54 and Suspect Zero Thank this.

Not sure what you mean by "like regional has"? Regional guys are paid just like OTR except for the fact if Midwest regional guy makes himself available to work every other weekend he/she gets .04cpm extra no matter if they run the weekend or not. Per diem people get the "mileage bonus" which is what I took the qualcom to be referring to. It will be a base pay raise along with a bump in the cpm for each mileage bonus. 2000miles 2500miles and 3000miles. Could be wrong but thats the way I understood it.
