    @Suspect Zero I'm at your old favorite truck stop tonight. London Truck & Auto Plaza in London KY. I missed this place so much. I'm hardly ever on 75 anymore so I never get here anymore. It's been at least a year, crimany. Stopped over at my watering hole, surprised to see that one of the bartenders I knew was still here. Even more surprised that he remembered my name. Bartenders have the most amazing memory of anyone in society. It's crazy. Hell I can't remember what day of the week it is half the time :biggrin_2559:

    Did you guys get a message from Pilot regarding Road Rangers? It doesn't affect me because I don't run their area anymore. But apparently Pilot is separating themselves from that chain. I'm wondering if that'll affect fuel stops in the future for you guys. Personally I always hated them. Road Rangers and Kwik Trips. I miss a lot of things about Millis but those garbage fuel stops are NOT among them. Kwik Trip can suck it, and suck it double. Although their coffee is friggin fantastic.

    Winter affects load availability there? I guess I'm too far removed, but I don't remember that ever being an issue.

    Unloaded just outside P-Cola this morning about 1000. Mind you, I started off just S of Crashville at 0045 this morning. Consignee held me up for 2.5 hours. That’s ok,,,, I just knew William was gonna send me to Cedar Springs, sure enough. Lord God I don’t want to spend the night in Cedar Springs. DnH at GP in 25 minutes with trucks everywhere. Made it to a little whole in the wall tstop about 20 miles W in AL on US84. 14hr clock = 1 minute. Hahaha.
    Ribeye steak getting ready to go bad, popped that puppy in the toaster oven and I’m stuffed.

    Winter time freight always slows down. Then add in being a Monday morning with everyone hitting ready at the same time it can get sparce quick. Area i live in isnt exactly a hot bed of freight anyway especially since we dont do much at all out of Owens in Streator anymore. My 1st winter here it wasnt uncommon for Richfield on a Monday morning to have a list 20+.

    With that said Opie came thru like normal lol. Originally dispatched on a lil 400mile load didnt deliver till 9am tomorrow. About 2pm get message asking if he lets us drop that in Trenton can we be in Rochester NY by 2pm? Sure can lol

    What kind of toaster oven you have? I have looked at them before but didnt know if they were to much wattage

    Brand name is “MainStay”. Cheapy I got at Wally World for about 25 bucks I think. 1000 watts. Keeping the truck running it’s hardly any drain on the battery. My 900 watt microwave is way worse drain than the toaster oven.
