And I have to give an amen to that. I was born and raised in Ga. I’ll take Chicago any day of the week over Atl. I hate that place.

 

On a lighter note, William ran the crap out of me last week. I haven’t done a 3600 mile week in a while what with the truck troubles I’ve had. He knew I needed to run, and for my sins, he ran me. Lol,,,,
I got a little reprieve today but still a good 1000 mile run to start the pay week.
Having about 13 hours off, trying out my new “Quick Cooker” pressure cooker with a simple beef stew. Truck smells deliscioso.

Ahhh Weedsport how I love this terminal. 1 other truck here. Off to CT for our 1st stop in the morning then 2 stops in Massachusetts. Started our day in Mauston Wisc, woke up at midnight delivered to Iron Ridge. Over to Horicon, down to Richfield and thru Chicago before the morning rush hour. Pulled into Weedsport at 5pm central. 17hr day, 2 drop n hooks, fuel, and a 30min break. Not a bad day lol

 

Lol student only needs 680 more miles so trying get these Gators off asap to get back over to Wisc by Thursday so he can test out since my next student scheduled to hop on Sunday .

 

Got dropped off in Trenton Saturday morning, still waiting for a new trainer. Loving the impromptu home time, but I'm ready to get back on the road and finish my training. Sitting around 2 weeks before Christmas isn't helping my bank account.
