I got 5 shirts and a hat for free, everything else you'll have to buy. But I remember it being relatively reasonable pricing.

Yeah you get 5 shirts and a cap. Get a size bigger then you normally wear. They seem to run smaller atleast the ones I chose did. They all fit now though I seem to be losing weight out here. Just to darn busy to eat some days it seems. Last week 4200 miles this week 4500.

Oh little update on my training. Very good past two weeks. Everything really starting to click. Backing everyday, running hard and gaining confidence. Extremely happy with the entire Millis experience.

Get to try my backing skills in Rochester tomorrow morning can’t wait to give it a try. I know for you vets it’s a walk in the park, but for me it’s my my white whale.

If anyone is going to allow themselves to be called a vet, they better dam well remember the beginning. Otherwise you're worthless. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Plenty of vets screw up backs. It literally happens every day. You'll never be an expert. Believe that.

@MIT looking forward to hearing from you. Remember all of the words from my message I just quoted. You'll never be an expert. You'll never know everything. If you go into this job knowing that, you're further ahead than anyone you'll ever meet. I see new crap every day and that's truth. My day tomorrow is gonna suck. Seriously. But I've done everything I can to prepare for it, that's the best I can do. When tomorrow is over, I'll come out even more fire-hardened than I was today. Tomorrow my grapes will once again shrink into the size of ball bearings. The next day, they'll be the size of a peach. Experience is king out here, and you can't learn this crap in class or with your trainer. Surviving my day tomorrow will be my greatest life accomplishment to date, bar none. Besides, of course, snagging Mrs Junkie. But you and @BullDozer-( and @Gremlin304 are just the most recent examples of how fast experience is changing. You guys are gonna be great I guarantee it. From my point of view it's impressive just to listen to y'all express yourselves here. You're all smarter than you think.

I've gotten slapped in the face with irony tonight. I got screwed by a shipper and fell way short of my goal for the morning. I stopped at the only place that would've made sense and it's going to result in a rough start in the morning. That being said... I am in a really quaint town in WV that I never even noticed. It's a flea speck on the map. Found a bar to grab a beer and watch my Steelers win. This is literally one of the coolest towns i've ever been to. Super small and insignificant, yet I would absolutely drop everything and move here if I was single. I've driven through a ton of cool little towns, but this one is the glimmering jewel of all of them. Man, what a fun experience. I have been put in my place for ever uttering a bad word about this state because of these specific people. The more you know, the more you grow. This will teach me to keep my mouth shut and my judgments to myself. You really never stop learning. Georgia still sucks though, never taking that back :biggrin_2559:

Thank you for your encouragement. I find something new everyday in my research, so I can only imagine what it will be like on the road. I know I will try my best and I know there's going to be times when I question myself if this career is really what I want to do. I already know my answer is going to be "hell yeah".
I've been wanting to drive tractor trailer since I was a kid. Now it's finally going to happen. I already know I'm not going to get rich from trucking and I'm fine with that, I do know I will always have a job a paycheck and pride. I'll be able to purchase land and build a home and my kids will be proud of me. That's what I call richest man in the world.
    #### bro you got me all heart on the sleeve type #$@&.
Thank you for your time and help.
