    Whew! Reading 690 posts takes a while. But I enjoyed the thread. Seriously thinking about changing careers, and have looked at the company quite a few times. Only thing that's a bummer is the no pet policy, not sure what I'd do with my mini schnauzer.

    If you have a question about the company, seems to me the easiest way to get accurate info, would be to just call the company recruitment dept > and ask about the hours, trainer time, and orientation, etc.

    I'm just old school, my Dad always said "Go to horses mouth"

    I remember what it was like to be new and wanting to connect with someone who helped calm your nerves, alleviate doubts, and encourage you. Sure, they can call a recruiter, and I love mine. But if it's available, let them enjoy the community here. Everyone was at square one at some point in their career.

    The "Possible job offer with Millis Transfer after graduation" is what jumped out at me!! I thought a 1 year employment contract was required upon graduation.

    That's been in there since my husband went to school in Feb. So since the beginning of 2017.. that had me worried slot too, but I think they say that so if you can't pass the backing test, or anything else comes up, they can't be sued.
