I see plenty of bulk guys out here. But, I am typically staying at TAs. I don't really remember seeing those guys at the Js or Loves back when I had to fuel there. Tonight is one of the rare occasions I'm at a Pilot. The access to good food here is 20 times better than the TA across the highway. Including this fantastic Mexican place I'm eating at now. Not a bulk guy to be seen at the Pilot. But when I go fuel up at the TA in the morning it's almost a guarantee I'll see a couple over there.

 

Well, it's probably hit or miss like anything else. I tend to see more of the specialized stuff at TAs than I'll see at the other two. Camped out next to 3 bulk guys last night. Crazy looking trailers, too. Looked like something out of some crazy sci-fi movie.

 

In your case, I'm happy that you have a day cab and sleep in hotels. That way I can steal your Pilot showers

 

Word. I didn't notice what brand they were. It was 11:30 when I got parked last night and I didn't want to be caught nosing around. But they didn't look like anything I'd ever seen. I'm guessing that they were awkward to pull because they looked real top-heavy. But they were for sure cool looking.
