Heck, I've backed off slightly in my car to let a truck pass when I don't feel like driving 30 over the limit in Indiana.

Preach it, brotha! That #### drives me nuts too. Then you have all the knuckleheads on the radio cussing at you for taking so long. I cuss right back at them and tell them that they're telling at the wrong guy. Heaven forbid that I use the PASSING LANE to uhhh PASS somebody.

I had this ####### Hobby Lobby driver crying at me about that one day in 57. I tore him a couple new ########. I was so mean to him he probably had to go to a 12 Step program to get over it. Other drivers joined me in busting his balls too. That was a fun time.

I just know a CB radio is gonna get me in trouble. Best to just roll my eyes and keep quiet.

Sure, until the schmuck in question gets by and moves back over, and then decides to start “multitasking” and slow down.

The way I see it...if you don't have enough power to blow by me then get in the back of the line.

You 1/2 mph more does not make you a big dawg..

In theory I agree with you. However with the computee bs like following distance on the trucks we have that beep if we get to close it makes it worse than just a .5mile per hour. to keep our trucks from beeping and the camera from coming on wed have to slow down 3 or 4mph to maintain that proper distance. Now 3 or 4 mph doesnt seem like much but if you do it all day long thats possibly 35 to 45 miles less that day.

Heres my philosophy my truck does 70mph which is the speed limit in basically every state we travel in. So if me passing a 68 or 69 mph truck is slowing you down well you're the 1 trying to speed so whos in the wrong?

That 1/2 mph means I pull away from you and we all stay safe pretty quickly. Would be nice if truckers could work together as opposed to have a dick swinging contest.

Mack, I'll keep it on, but I've found that just like commenting on YouTube, Facebook, or a trucking forum, it is sometimes better to just listen and chuckle versus getting into your own shouting match.

Cb has its purposes. I always have mine on but very very rarely actually talk on it
